Parenting & Parent Mental Health

Raising children is one of the most difficult jobs a person can do as it requires meeting the unique physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of each child, all while caring for oneself at the same time. I provide coaching through a number of parenting/caregiving approaches along with caregiving tips and tricks.  I also support parents and caregivers with stress and trigger management for the important work they do.

“If a community values its children, it must cherish its parents.”

Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFT)

Rooted in the neurobiology of interpersonal connections, EFFT is an ideal approach to equipping caregivers and building their confidence of leading their children through the emotional healing process. At the same time, the approach is brilliant for all interactions with others.
